She started her career as an Accountant at Advent Press in Ghana from 1997-2003. She then went to La Sierra University in Riverside, California, USA to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree. After completion of her master’s program in 2005, she worked with American Lighting Industry Inc. in Riverside, California, USA from 2005-2006 as an Internal Auditor. She later joined First America Financial Services in Ontario, California (USA) in January 2007 as a Financial Analyst, and was later promoted to the position of Senior Financial Analyst in December 2008 –a position she held till her return to Ghana in January 2011. In Ghana, she took over the Ghana Adventist Heritage Fund as the Fund Administrator from June 2011 till date.

In addition to her MBA degree, Elizabeth also holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Religion and a minor in Accounting from Grigg University in Maryland, USA. She’s also a holder of a Certificate in Banking Innovations and Financial Strategies from International Management Training Institute in Isreal. She is a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors in San Gabriel in California, USA. She is serving on various Committees in the field of Accounting and Finance, and as a member of the two Ghana Seventh-Day Adventist Unions Executive Committee. She’s currently pursuing a PhD degree in Financial Management at the African University in Lusaka, Zambia.

Her valuable contributions have extended beyond the borders of Ghana, as she has been assigned to different Ghana Missions abroad. From 2007 to 2011, she fulfilled the role of Accountant, Estate, and Protocol officer at the Ghana Embassy in Prague, Czech Republic. Subsequently, from 2013 to 2017, she carried out similar responsibilities at the Ghana Embassy in Tokyo, Japan. Her international service continued as she assumed the same role at the Ghana Embassy in Dakar, Senegal, from 2019 to 2023.

Ms. Ofori holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Finance from the esteemed Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA). Beyond her professional endeavors, she is a devoted single parent and a grandmother. She is an active member of the Seventh-day Adventist Church, where she finds strength and solace in her faith.

Dr. Pipim was trained in engineering and systematic theology and has authored 26 books including some bestselling inspirational and apologetic works. He currently directs the EAGLES and ANANSE Centers for Leadership Development.

He speaks extensively around the world at events for youth, students, professionals, and civic & religious leaders. He delivered the keynote message at the 2018 African Heads of State Summit Prayer Breakfast at the African Union Headquarters in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.

He is a lifelong student in the school of adversities, hardship and pain, and seeks to encourage students who are similarly enrolled in this school. He serves as a Personal Growth & Executive Coach with a coaching practice called “SANKOFA Coaching”— a Christian coaching platform whose aim is to make people and organizations better versions of themselves. His target audience in coaching are busy executives and leaders who are struggling privately with real life issues and also, those who have experienced personal failures and are unsure about what the future holds for them.

He joined Boateng, Offei & Co as an Audit Senior in 2010. In the year 2011 he worked as an Internal Auditor at the Energy Bank. Mr. Oti-Boadi joined Ghana Adventist Heritage Fund, now Adventist Heritage Co-operative Fund as the Treasurer in 2012. Currently he is the CFO of the Adventist Heritage Co-operative Fund Ltd.

He holds an MBA in Accounting and Finance from La Sierra University, California USA, BBA in Accounting from Valley View University, Accra Ghana and an Associate member of California Society of Certified Public Accountants (CalCPA) USA. He is married with two beautiful daughters and loves country music.
